About Litza's Pizza

Litza's Pizza was founded in 1965 by Don Hale. Don loved a good, rich, top-quality pizza and set out to create one. He carted his family throughout Utah and surrounding states trying pizzas from different pizzerias (his kids loved it). He gathered recipes here and there for pizza, spaghetti, salad dressings and garlic bread. After coming up with a product that passed his discriminating taste, all he had to do was to invent a name that would characterize his pizza.

He wanted a zesty name that would rhyme with pizza. His second daughter is named Lisa. He toyed with the name Lisa Pizza and finally decided on Litza's Pizza. Litza's Pizza has become famous for its pizza made from scratch with fresh dough, sauce blended with an amazing array of spices, rich mozzarella cheese, and fresh toppings of meats and vegetables. Litza's Pizza is the gathering place for tasty food and cheerful service for friends and family from all walks of life. See you there!
